MOHAMED MOHAMUD YUSUF
Mr. Mohamed has a Bachelor of Science with “Distinction” in Agricultural Economics from the University of Dilla (Ethiopia), and an MBA from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology. He has more than a decade of experience in M&E, research and project management. He has worked on multiple assignments with public and private institutions in the development sector in the areas of capacity building, employment, skill development, disaster management, agriculture, health, forestry, environment and education. He also taught research design, data analysis, economic and social classes at various universities in the Puntland State of Somalia. Mr. Mohamed has extensive experience in the design of surveys, impact monitoring and evaluations using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. Mr. Mohamed is currently a monitoring and evaluation specialist for a World Bank-funded project underway in Somalia. He is also a trainer who has facilitated a number of trainings funded by different organizations like ADRA, Save the Children, Care International, UNDP and the World Bank. He has worked with donors such as the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, GIZ, IRW, UNICEF, the Islamic Development Bank and the European Union.
