HISDO conducts specialized and evidence-based research either on its own or at the request of its clients, which leads to the generation of new knowledge to develop durable solutions for specified problems affecting public and private institutions. In addition, HISO undertakes monitoring and evaluation, tracer studies, baseline surveys, feasibility studies, market surveys, program impact assessments, institutional and capacity needs assessments.
