HISDO consists of governance, management and Advisory teams which include the Board of Directors and the Secretariat. The Board of Directors consists of 5 members who provide supervision and oversight roles, the Trustees provide advisory roles while the secretariat does the day -today work and is headed by the Executive Director as shown below.
