Abdirizak Pursuing Master of Arts Environment, peace and development at University of Peace Africa, also a holder of Master of Public Administration specialization of local government (second class upper honors) at Islamic University In Uganda and A Bachelor Degree in Social Science specialization of community development with (first class honors) at university of Bosaso ,with more than 10 years’ work experience in public sector, humanitarian agencies , and education institution including DOECC/OPM, TPEC,DDG,UOB,DRC,DCG ,MOJRAR, and UNDP. Other areas of expertise environmental governance, good governance and decentralization delivery, research & publication, M&E , project management.
